Lucia works in a tree

Lucia has been fascinated with Jon and I going to work or 'the office' as we call it for well over a year. When I was pregnant she and Jon would drop me off at the office before she went to school and on Friday's we sometimes go by Jon's office to have lunch or just give a hug after a trip to the aquarium.

Now she has decided that she will go to the office too. When I asked her where her office was she said "In a tree, I work in a tree". "Oh" I replied, "how do you get there?" "On the number 2 bus mama and Reed can come with me to my work tree."

I don't know what she'll grow up to do in life but I sure hope it involves tree work because the way she makes it sound, it will be very fun and she seems to want to go there every day.
