We love a good adventure so last Sunday morning we packed the car up and headed north to Vancouver, Canada to see the Olympics. With no tickets to events in hand we just wanted to be part of the Olympic experience. While we hoped to run into athletes with gold medals around their necks in the streets we knew better but how could we not go!
Lucia was an amazing traveler, we awarded her the gold medal for the wonderful car ride and her happy face through the whole adventure. While there we walked through Concord Place where the hockey games and curling events were held, played near a fountain and saw the Olympic torch as well as the Olympic cauldron. Our friends the O’Claire’s decided to head up there as well and Lucia and Lilly waved the Canada flag in celebration.
