You're over halfway to one year of age Lucia and I see you growing faster and faster. I have to admit I wish you would slow down a little. I delight in all your changes, new tricks and sweet smiles but it seems to be going way too quickly. I'm enjoying every day with you and trying harder to be in the moment because these moments are coming and going in a blink of an eye.
In the last month you have learned how to sit up on your own and you can do it multiple times a day. You will crawl or roll over to something so you can sit up and reach it. Its amazing to watch. You've taken to eating more solid food and you are consistently sleeping through the whole night. You now have two more teeth coming in to add to your two bottom ones. It will be sweet and funny to see your mouth full of all those teeth.
Your personality is getting stronger with you letting us know your preferences for things and when you don't want something taken away from you. Determined is what we're calling it right now :) Sweet and determined.
You can say both mama and Dada but I think you now can associate Dada with Dada which is fun to see.
We love you, our baby bird, sweet muffin, silly chicken, turkey and light of our lives.
