Crib standing

We had hoped, prayed really, that it would be more time in between learning to sit on her own and learning to stand but as we discovered today, that was not to be. We put Lucia down for a nap this afternoon and after a long while of talking to herself we went it to get her realizing she wasn't up for a nap and this is what we found!

Good thing we lowered the crib two days ago in anticipation of her standing or knowing her, she would have tried to climb out.  You can see that the curtain is hanging out a little because she had been trying to pull it down from her standing position. We didn't realize she could reach it but her arms are long and she's tall so the once impossible became possible. We will be moving her crib to another wall soon that is not near any windows.
