Hello friends and family,
This is the big week - the due date week that we've been looking forward to for 9 months and we're excited. When will it be, will it be a boy or girl, will the labor be quick or long? So many questions that I know will be answered soon.
We had a lovely weekend doing house projects and enjoying Father's Day. This was Jon's first year celebrating and I made him blueberry pancakes for brunch. I've heard the saying that women become mothers when they become pregnant and men become fathers when their baby is born but I believe that Jon became a father long ago. He's such a nurturer and has taken such good care of me and our growing baby these past few months. I couldn't have asked for a better husband. SBJ is looking forward to meeting you honey....just a little longer.
A little shout-out to my dad as well. I'm excited you'll be SBJ's grandfather. Seeing you with Aiden and Ava I can see how lucky we will all be.
