One month today

Another birthday celebration for Lucia today - she's now one month old. She seems so much bigger and alert than those first days. I took some time yesterday to look through her pictures of when we took her home from the hospital and she was so small. She's still small but she's grown a lot.

I went to the doctor today and got the clean bill of health which was great. My running shoes have been calling to me for 9 months and I'm looking forward to getting back out on the road. Our new friend Chris is also a runner and her daughter Lilly is now 4 months old so we might work out a plan where I can take care of her daughter while she gets in a run and then she'll take care of Lucia while I log my miles. Thank goodness for new friends, a clean bill of health, running shoes and our baby girl being one month old today.
